Cotswolds

The Cotswolds covers a huge area, almost 800 square miles, famous for English market towns and villages build from honey-colored stone.

Walking through some of these towns it looks like nothing has changed for centuries.  The building still have the same honey colored walls.  You expect to see horses and carriages instead of cars.

On our last night of vacation we stayed overnight in Stow-on-the-Wold.  This is a cute little market town with a population of 2,000.  It is probably the best known of the small Cotswolds towns.

If you want to see more pictures of our day in the Cotswolds please feel free to look through our Cotswolds 2018 Album.
